This book contains a series of valuable life testimonies in which each of its protagonists, from their hearts, tells us about the experiences they had in the chapter of their lives called COVID19. Since March 2020, this terrible virus entered Europe and spread to other continents, reaching millions of people, significantly affecting their lives and their family environment, causing human losses. The pain reached families in all parts of the world becoming the terror that paralyzed their lives.
People from different parts of the world, from their experience, have provided information to tell a real story of what happened in this period. Assistance personnel, that group of people who bravely risked their lives for the sake of the health of so many infected patients, became the heroes of nations. Housewives, workers, who went to work every day became ill, some died, others had the blessing of surviving this terrible virus.

I feel safe, happy and confident in the connection I have with different people, spaces and unique moments. Lina María: She is a Colombian woman. A multifaceted writer, she is an activist and defender of human rights. She mostly focuses her life on supporting and providing all kinds of information to the community in general, and especially to women in the process of vulnerability and gender violence.
Throughout her life she has studied and trained in different branches, in which she has obtained titles like her; Empowerment Coach, Advanced Neuromarketing for Writers, Geriatric Assistant with Renal Specialty, Occupational Health. In addition, she has a Master of Labor Law, BRASIL MUJER 2019 Award, LATIN AMERICAN WOMEN RIGHTS SERVICE Award, among others.
She has stood out for being a woman who has dedicated years to volunteering in various countries, with Organizations, Foundations, Support Groups, Unions, Amnesty International, World Health Organization, Humanitarian and Government Aid, etc.
